Ashley is a second-year Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at Iona University. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families better understand themselves and their relationships. Her clinical interests include relationship dynamics,
communication, intimacy, sexuality, attachment, and the ways family-of-origin experiences can shape our relationships. She believes therapy should be a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

As a first-generation Brazilian American, Ashley values the influence of culture, family, and identity on our experiences and relationships. She strives to create an inclusive environment where clients feel comfortable bringing their authentic selves into therapy.

She is excited to continue developing as a clinician at Redeem Wellness Center and supporting clients as they work toward greater self-awareness, connection, and personal growth.
