Who is eligible for clinical supervision at Redeem Clinical Leadership Academy?
Our supervision is designed for pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs), including associate-level therapists, MFT interns, and recent graduates who are working toward licensure.
What is the difference between group and individual supervision?
Group supervision sessions bring together a small cohort of supervisees to discuss cases, share insights, and learn collaboratively. Individual supervision is a one-on-one session focused on your specific caseload, professional development goals, and licensure requirements.
Does supervision count toward my licensure hours?
Yes. Supervision provided through Redeem Clinical Leadership Academy is structured to meet the BBS requirements for accumulating supervised hours toward MFT licensure in California. Please confirm specific hour requirements with your licensing board.
Are sessions held in-person, virtually, or both?
We offer both virtual and in-person supervision. In-person sessions are held at 4699 Main Street, Suite 210, Bridgeport, CT 06606. Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure telehealth platform.
How do I choose the right supervision package?
If you are just starting out or need flexible scheduling, the Group Supervision ($65/session) is a great entry point. The Hybrid Package ($349/month) is ideal for clinicians who want a balance of group learning and personalized guidance. The Clinical Leadership Track ($499/month) is best suited for those committed to accelerating their development with weekly touchpoints and ongoing between-session support.
